These Terms & Conditions outline the general rules, responsibilities and legal framework for all services provided by VeliWorkflow.
By working with us, you agree to the terms described below.
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Velichka Atanasova and her clients.
I provide freelance services in web development, backend development, automation, and AI-based solutions. The exact scope of work is defined in the individual offer.
All prices are net.
No VAT is charged (Bulgarian small business regulation).
• 50% upfront payment upon order confirmation
• 50% after completion
Payment is made via bank transfer or PayPal.
Payments are due immediately without deduction.
The client is responsible for providing all required content, access credentials and necessary information in time.
Delays caused by missing information extend the delivery time accordingly.
Usage rights are granted to the client only after full payment.
Until then, all delivered work remains the property of the service provider.
Liability exists only in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
The client is responsible for maintaining backups unless otherwise agreed.
Small corrections and bug fixes are free of charge for 14 days after delivery.
The client may cancel at any time.
All work already completed must be paid in full.
European Union law and Bulgarian law apply.
Jurisdiction: Varna, Bulgaria.
